Green Teas

Here are our green teas. Green teas are not oxidized (the process that alters the tea leaves and produces a "black" tea), they are "flash" baked, or steamed, then dried. The result is a tea that is lighter and more vegetal in flavor. Green teas are reported to be quite good for you, but we drink them for the taste. We have one for nearly every palate.

Dragon Pearl Jasmine

Dragonwell (Lung Ching)

Gen-Mai Cha

Bright, delicate Kyoto green tea mixed with toasted and popped rice. A visual treat like snow in the springtime. The roasty aroma is from the toasted rice. The flavor is mellow and unique. Sometimes called "popcorn" tea.

Gyokuro

A must try for green tea enthusiasts. Literally translated "Jewel Dew," this full body tea offers unparalleled sweetness.

Moroccan Mint
